History
"Lebed"/"Swan" restaurant was opened in 1961 in connection to the World University Games that were then held in Bulgaria. A modern place at the time, the restaurant became a favourite place to visit for the citizens and guests of the capital. In the period of 1987-1988, a unique for Bulgaria and second in Europe, the variety show "Lebed" with a floating stage-platform, has presented the stars of the Bulgarian pop music as well as many folklore ensembles.
The renovation and modernization of the restaurant was done by "Klauly Foxwell" Ltd.
